Company Background:

The City of Westwego is a small city government that is an incorporated suburb of New Orleans.

The Problem:

The City of Westwego, like many other smaller city governments, was utilizing paper-based processes and various disparate systems to track resident purchases, bills, etc..  They have engaged Susco Solutions to develop a system that would help them run more efficiently.

The Susco Solution:

Susco Solutions is developing a system that allows for customer-centric tracking of all licenses, property tax, and utility account management information for all residents and businesses.  The new system will allow for citizen driven add ons such as web-based applications for online bill payment and occupational license renewals.
