Claims Management System
SCOPE: Developed a customer system to track everything associated with a claim from assignments, activity logs, documents/photos, invoicing, and payroll including automatically calculating commissions when applicable
RESULT: Streamlined payroll, dispatch, and assignment of resources from filtering by licensing, experience, and proximity

NIPR Adjust License Integration
SCOPE: Created a system to keep adjuster licensing information up to date and allowed the company to easily verify adjuster credentials prior to dispatch
RESULT: Allowed company to reduce monthly licensing database query costs by 95% ($10k/mo to $500/mo)

XactAnalysis and Symbility Integrations
SCOPE: Included fully integrating with CMS as well as adding additional functionality such as the ability to writeback data, saving input time
RESULT: Facilitated Symbility integration for a large carrier which allowed the TPA and carrier to respond to an unexpectedly busy hurricane season

Acquisition Integration
SCOPE: Company acquisition where the existing legacy CMS and workflow were maintained and fully incorporated into Alacrity’s CMS
RESULT: Allowed the acquired company to continue with its operations without disruption and allowed the parent company to import that data from the other system into the correct format for their operation

Adjuster Web Portal and Mobile App
SCOPE: Created a web portal/mobile app for field staff to have visibility into the system remotely from the field
RESULT: Allowed adjusters to access their assigned work as well as manage certifications and training

Adjuster Dispatch Map Overlay
SCOPE: Created a map overlay to dispatch by proximity to loss location via an interactive map that showed availability, adjuster ranking, and verified necessary licensing
RESULT: Went from manual Excel spreadsheet and phone-based dispatch to automated dispatch that reduced average dispatch time from 15-30 minutes to 2 minutes per claim, which improved cycle time and reduced dispatch staffing demands

Resource Management System
SCOPE: Built a system to track adjuster profiles and certifications, send surveys to resources, and integrate with the adjuster dispatch map overlay
RESULT: Made it easier to manage resources for HR staff

Carrier Mobile App
SCOPE: Developed a mobile app that gave policy holders access to their policy information and the ability to self-service their policy without having to call in
RESULT: Reduced number of service inquiries, necessary support staff, and increased customer satisfaction

Bulk Assignment Import
SCOPE: Developed screen in which office employees could upload carrier- suppliedspreadsheets for bulk claim import
RESULT: This dramatically reduced the data entry time during large volume events

SCOPE: Reverse-engineered a legacy system whose subscription costs were tripling, as well as tied to an unsupported version of Windows
