Inc. Names Susco Solutions One of 2025’s Best Workplaces

Harvey, LA – Susco Solutions is proud to announce it has been named to Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces List, honoring companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses.

This year’s list, featured on Inc.com, is the result of a comprehensive evaluation of U.S. companies that have excelled in creating high-performing, people-first cultures–whether in-person, hybrid, or fully remote.

The recognition comes during an exciting chapter for Susco. Already a national leader in custom claims management software, the company recently launched RocketClaims.com, a cutting edge SaaS platform designed to streamline and modernize the claims process for adjusters and administrators alike. This launch reflects Susco’s continued mission to empower clients with intuitive, scalable tools that maximize operational efficiency.

The Inc. award process included a rigorous employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, measuring key areas such as management effectiveness, employee engagement, perks, professional development, and overall workplace culture. Company benefits were also independently audited to calculate the final scores.

“At Susco, we believe that building enterprise software people love starts with building a company people love working for,” said Susco CEO Neel Sus. “Being named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2025 is a humbling recognition of our efforts to create a culture of service, growth, and authenticity. It’s a testament to the passion our team brings every day—not only to solving tough business problems for our clients, but to lifting each other up in the process.”

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “As companies expand and adapt to changing economic forces, maintaining such a culture is no small feat. Yet these honorees have not only achieved it—they continue to elevate the employee experience through thoughtful benefits, engagement, and a deep commitment to their teams.”
